Among the services I offer are:

• analysing your HR needs and proposing which tests you should use, where you can get them and what training you need ;

• support in introducing testing, including internal marketing to colleagues and senior managers;

• running your testing and appraisal exercises and providing feedback on your results if you decide not to get, or haven’t yet been trained;

• sourcing solutions ranging from specific tests to consultants with relevant skills;

• writing short, informal questionnaires to gauge attitudes with in your organisation, analysing the results and reporting back
